The 5th Annual Don Gordo Birthday Bash

Post subject:  The 5th Annual Don Gordo Birthday Bash
:D :D It is getting to that time of year again. I will be in town from Aug 26 to Sep 5. The 5th Annual Don Gordo Birthday Bash will take place on Tuesday Aug 28 which happens to be my 62nd birthday :D . We have always had a good time at these fiestas and this year will be no exception. I look forward to meeting up with many old friends as well as those I have yet to have the pleasure of meeting.
The format will be the same as usual...we will meet at the DelRey between 5 and 6 pm and proceed down the hill to a dinner at Costa del Sol for a wonderful dinner of Italian food. Dinner is usually followed by a trip to Bar Idem where Roberto`s finest chicas will be awaiting :twisted: .

When I started this string of fiestas I had no idea that they would become so popular. It is a great opportunity for us to get together and enjoy a good meal and actually get to know one another.I am confident that this year`s event will be another big success.

DG, I'd love to be there to celebrate your b'day with you and the gang, but I don't arrive until the 29th! I think I missed your b'day last year by a day or 2 also! Dammit!!!! May you have a great birthday, and I'm sure you'll enjoy your day with good friends!

There are going to be many parties of all kinds during that week. The DG Birthday Bash has become a tradition over the last few years.It would be great to have a birthday week and have a party every night but only the chicas can get away with that. I will miss those of you who can`t be there for the festivities :( , but remember...birthday parties are NOT the reason that we all go to Costa Rica :twisted: :twisted:

DG Birthday Bash is always a good time. Costa Del Sol goes all out preparing a great food feast and the fellowship of the CRT brotherhood make it an event not to be missed.
