If they are sitting at the bar they are usually CRT members. Your best bet is between 4 and 5.

Last I remember it waffled between Thursday and Friday. The wisdom on Thursday was that it would not crowded with ticos.

For me, Friday works best. I know there will probably be more Ticos around, but that has never prevented me from enjoying it. On Thursday, many of us will spend the afternoon at SL watching football and stuffing ourselves. I don't think I will feel like going out afterwards. Wednesday is out for me, it's my first night in town.

I went back and made a list of who's going:

Thursday might be the better night in terms of fewer Ticos, but most important is that we all be able to get together. If we are all available on Friday, then Friday it should be.

With this relatively small number of fellaz, then we should only need one van, or we could have El Silencioso pull us in a rik-shaw. :wink: It'll be cheaper and would help him with the all important rehab process.

For me, it is important to go to De'Pelufos. I suppose it's always a good thing to check out Kamur as well. Given that some of us want to check out Pantera Rosa, we should put that on the list, as well.

What do you think?

All three locations are fine with me. I haven't been to Kumar in like a year so it would be good to check it out again. Last time I was there I pulled a fine looking lady and had her come to my room the next day.

As for Thursday/Friday, don't matter to me one way or the other. I'm on vacation and time is meaningless in CR until I go home. :D

Personally I would blow off D'Pelufo and Kamur. Shawn4delrey had a recent report and there were a few others negative about Kamur. D'Pelufos, most of us have been there together and disappointed...Orange quoted if I recall $60 for a CBJ, no negotiation...

Would not mind checking Las Margaritas and Pantera Rosa.. I think we might have better luck at the low end places, maybe add Le Grillon as a last late night stop.

I can talk to a driver when I arrive tomorrow.. If we decide on a day, probably $10-12 per hour fpor a driver between say 6 - 8 guys for 4 - 5 hours would be less than $10 per man for transportation. or we could just go on our own and everyone catch taxis.
