I am scheduling a Sunday tour of Cartago, Orosi Valley, the Dam, Volcano Irazu, and possibly Turrialba (time permitting) for May 17th. Lunch at the mountaintop restaurant overlooking Orosi.

$ 20. Shared taxi costs there
$ 50. Tour driver
$ 20. Shared taxi back (or possibly $ 1 train ride if not too late).

You buy your own food and such.
