Arriving with wingman on Oct 18. Not a newbie but just haven't explored or experienced anything other than the triangle DR -KL-SL. Will take this opportunity to see this side as a newbie would.

Where at SL (indoor bar, outdoor bar or the couches) can be found this group doing the crawl??

I am going to commit and say anyone who would like to go on a strip club tour, be at Sportsmen's Lodge before 10pm on Friday, October 18th. I will be around, wearing my burnt orange Texas Longhorn hat. First 6 can ride with me and if we have more, can get a taxi to follow us until we start to lose guys to the 'attractions'. I will just ask for donations to cover my gas/cover charges at the various clubs. Itinerary will be Bar Monaco, Le Grillion, Pantera Rosa and perhaps out to D'Pelufo in San Pedro...

I haven't been to any of these places in over a year but if I was going to get away from the normal spots I would hit these two first. It all depends on the lineup of girls. The Pirates Club had much to offer in the past if done right. Past the bar there are swinging doors and an area with several booths. The girls go back and forth from this area to the bar, restrooms and upstairs. Sit here, pick a girl and buy her a drink, you pay extra for her drink, she gets a commission, but she will do everything she can to convince you to go upstairs. Foreplay can be as much fun as the real thing. See how much you can get away with in the booth. The rooms upstairs were clean, showers with hot water and comfortable. Don't expect any English speaking girls here so it pays to have Spanish or an interpreter.
The other place I would recommend would be D'pelufos, San Pedro. The last time I was there, the lineup hadn't changed much in years but if there are new girls this is a good location. What makes it good is the shows they put on. You can actually be entertained. This place is the favorite of the Ticos so it can get very crowded. You need to get there before midnight and it helps to have reservations. This gets you at the stage within two or three feet of the girls. This is not a great place to have sex. Fake leather sofas in a small room with goo on the floor. Very rushed time constraints. It is a good place to meet extra hot women and have them meet you at your hotel.
Pantera Rosa is good but dark. Hard to really see what the girls look like. Sex there is cheap but sleezy. Same fake leather sofas and goo on floor. Same with LaGrion. It is possible to find women working in these places that are as hot as anything to be found anywhere.
This can be a fun night. The larger the group the more likely members will get bored, tired or someone gets drunk and becomes a problem. Set rules before you go as to what to do if you get tired (take a cab back), get too drunk and you are on your own.
Stay away from Lipstick, Eleate, Tango India and the other upscale clubs unless you are prepared to spend money.
