Print out the maps. They show you the inner city. Bars, Massage parlors. late night strip clubs. Print them out and look at them on the plane down. You will have a feel when coming in from the airport.

Welcome aboard BigO! I'll go with Redman... Print out the map. If you are going to be going it alone then you will want the map with you, if you are going to be walking any where during the day time. My first trip I just about wore the map out, folding and unfolding it. Walking in the day time has never been a problem for me in SJ but always take taxis at night.

I will recommend that you try to find a wingman to go to the DR with. There is safety in numbers! (Safety from the female sharks in the DR) LOL Personally, I think you are less likely to pull the trigger too soon if you have someone to bullshit with. If you can't find a wingman, just take your time you aren't in a hurry. Make sure you get exactly what you want out of the deal. A girl that is constantly asking you if you are ready to go or saying "vamos" is most likely just trying to make a fast buck. It's your time and your money so...Get what you want out of it.

Just to keep you in control, I would dump a Big O in some latina mouth at a MP just to get it out of your system before attempting to swim in shark infested waters. NF girls want a tip, Relax (Jenny blows a horn better than Louis Armstrong) is the cheapest of the above mentioned for the initial launch. When you see something you like, get it and don't wait. They may not be there next time around. Most definately Key Largo if you like music and like to dance at night. Start rehearsing the words Damn and No Way. Most important, if you make a small mistake don't sweat it. You are on vacation, make sure you enjoy it (her). Don't forget to exchange your dollars at the upstairs bank at the airport and duty free is by the baggage claim for booze and smokes.

Whether you arrive at 5:30 (6:30 at SL) or at the SL at 5:30, it is a bit late to navigate around Relax unless with someone who knows, for your first night. I'd hate for you to mistake Puchos for Idem. Even with the map, street signs are like finding wells in the desert and taxi drivers don't know where it is. Unless you get with a knowledgeable wingman to go there, I'd say skip it until the next day. Now you have NF or HLH which are close by. Here is your economical breakdown.

HLH - $46 + they ask for tip
NF - $47 + definite tip

You might be best off getting a chica at SL. Set a limit $50 1hr, $80 2hr. I believe this is fair. Ask a few guys there before you go about the girl. Use your Spanish to your advantage. Since you are in so late, SL. Then drink a few and check out DR or KL.

BTW, the girls at SL most definitely are better looking than all the MP's. Just remember, the girls at SL are like the Borg on Star Trek. Within minutes after you finish and leave your room, heads will be bobbing and turning as the collective shares info the the Big O. These are my thoughts. What do you guys think?

Hey brotha, look up the newbies section on this board. Do some research, do some reading, use the "search" option. and if all that fails....dont' worry man, the SL is the PERFECT place for a newbie to hang out. Lots of nice americans in there, for the same reason you're there for. I also read that you might meet up with the guy on the 5th and the sportsman? well it's hard to find people, unless you all have detailed instructions on where to meet. Time and time again i've planned meetings with guys off the board and it just gets to chaotic and crazy when you arrive and you end up never even seeing the guy. So i'd tell them the room you're staying in, and your first in last name in a private message. That will ensure you get your wingman!

You may try ice packs on your dick to keep the swelling down until you get here. After that don't worry about it nothing seems to help here. I get off the plane and it gets hard. After a day or two it gets sore. Then it's time to go to the beach. Salt and sand seems to cure the pain as long as you don't irritate it while you are there. As soon as you get back to San Jose the symptoms come back anyway. The Gulch is addictive and probably hazardous to your health. Hey we all are going to die from something. SJ on the 5th, around 1PM, ck in to Castillo, valuables locked up, rubbers, and, passport copy in pocket, 1day spending money, placed, in walking around billfold (old billfold with some out of date cards and other stuff a pickpocket can have), stash a little emergency cash, in hidden pocket .Lollypops, in pocket, (good visual, for potential talent). Off to SL for primer drinks, scope out SL and hopefully resist till, time for Del Rey swing shift to start arriving!
That lineup, should start with a marching band and baton twirling!
Like all good plans, this one will probably go astray, but I’m pretty definite, that if the Continental flts are a go, the plan will last till the primer drinks at SL. Drunk Irishman, and I will See u there!
