I just talked to the resi guy at SL. It's pretty booked up for my period. Unless I want to move from room to room to room, it's not gonna happen for me. where to stay , where to stay? La Amistad looks pretty good. Anyone stay there?

IMO, La Amistad is the next best thing. Matt and his staff are great. If SL's booked, I always stay at La Amistad. Plus, you're only a stone's throw from SL anyways. You won't regret it!

Another CR newbie en route--arriving April 24 for a week, staying at the Amistad--look forward to meeting CRT brothers old and new for happy times. SL sounds like good rendezvous point for initial recce and planning. Looking forward to tica magic. :twisted:

Moby, I just let one of the four rooms I had on a hold go. I had it for 23 to the 26 may want to call them back. I'll be there that time to. Friday Night Happy Hour at the SL ?

Damn I started this post and as it looks there will be alot of people drinking at ground zero. Unfortunately due to a schedule conflict in Guatemala City prior to arriving in SJO i had to change to the following week. I don't arrive into SJO till April 30 - May 3.

Leave some beer and talent for me!

Sometimes I really hate what I do for work...especially when I have to cancel vacations at the last minute. As it turns out, I can't make it to the CR after all. I was going to come down to SJO tomorrow for my first trip to CR and stay for about a week. But now I can't :x :( ...I have to reschedule for the summer.

Hope you guys have a great time.

SL, Amistad full up, had to split it up with Castille, and Dunn Inn.
read fairly decent reviews here. Will publish findings.
5TH trip to the gulch, and short notice, my wingman could not get kitchen pass!
Will be trying to hook up with others of our ilk, at the Sl Happy hour, Thurs, and FRi and Sat nites.
Hope to See you all there!
BS'n at the SL is my second favorite activity!!!
