Hello All
I am staying by the convention center and dont know where to find ladies, I have been to CR and normally stay at SL or DelRay. Are there mongering spots near the convention center?

In any case, if it is in San Jose just take a taxi or Uber to where you want to go. No other "mongering spots" if you are thinking of places like the old Del Rey or SL.

Nothing there, Tico residential and business area, Uber to Taormina Hotel after 8 pm, the "new" Hotel Del Rey...

The convention center can be seen from Hwy 1 en route to SJO it's about halfway between the city and the SJO airport.

There are several hotels in the same area but not chica friendly from what I'm told. There is probably a local pension in the area but unknown to us tourist gringos.

Your best option would be online by utilizing Skokka or Wilas be sure to ask for recent photos and even consider downloading Tinder and then use a short term hotel like Officina as previously been mentioned on this forum or of course take a ride into the gulch and hit the Taormina later in the evening as suggested.

Keep in mind most all Girls in the Gulch know where to find a room for a few hours.
