Your dates are less than ideal for that itinerary, Specifically Jaco on a Monday and Tuesday.
I stayed at SL my first few trips, never at HDR to date, and not feeling like i missed anything in numerous trips. Met my current fave Nica there, and many previous faves at SL.
Stay at SL with a nicer set up, staff, and quality selection on site and you can shop at DR when you want to get out.
