So Ive been hobbying for a while but only in the US, mainly Texas, I’m an old member on eccie. But I finally decided to pull the trigger and go international. I'll be going to Costa Rica from October 18-22 and staying in San Jose at SL. However thanks to you guys help and from reading this forum ive decided to also head down to Jaco on Saturday the 20th staying at Copacabana (thanks for the recommendation), apparently thats where the hot girls go for the weekend?

So far I think I understand the jist of the travel, and im sure it will help that Im bilingual. Im thinking of taking an Uber from the airport to SL since its only $6, but taking interbus at $44 from SL to Jaco but I really want to check out the Crocodile bridge on the way back, can any one recommend a service for the trip back that wont wake me up before 8am on Sunday. Also something Im having a hard time understanding is how much money I will need daily.

When I arrive on the 18th Lets say Im gonna hit the MP as soon as check in, and then a DR or SL chica at night, food + drinks for the day.

On the 19th Friday wake up hit up Zona, come back do R&R spa and then head to the Halloween party, end the night with some more fun preferably 2 ladies ( ihave thing for sexy costumes)

Wake up Saturday the 20th recharge, head to Jaco and enjoy another Threesome with some 9-10's. Im in my early 30's and marginally attractive so I will be mainly chasing tail that is out of my league in the states. I know the knockout ladies are pricey so that is where im having trouble gauging my daily expenses.

Any info is greatly appreciated and if any one needs my help translating if you find yourselves down there at the same time as me I am more than willing to help. I'll be your personal translator if you can be my tour guide.

Don't know where you got your Uber information but it is not $6 from the airport to San Jose. It was 6500 colones San Jose to the airport a few minutes ago. That equates to $12. It also fluctuates depending on traffic conditions, demand and time of day. The country is in the middle of a major strike. Uber is cheap but undercuts legal taxis and is a major issue in the strike. It is questionable whether Ubers will be available in sufficient numbers at times to service the demand at the airport. Airport taxi, the orange taxis, cost a minimum of about $30 from the airport to San Jose. They run a meter. In high traffic situations the meter continues to run. Delays of an hour or more are not uncommon recently during the strike. I know of people who paid $50 plus in taxis for the trip from the airport to San Jose due to traffic congestion.

sounds like a good time to ride the bus into the terminal and get your cab ride from there

Hotel COCAL is where the chicas hangout, but Copacabana Hotel is not far and is chica friendly

As Pops said UBER is about 6-7000 Colones... about 12-14$... first time, you might wanna just have the hotel pick you up for convenience sake.. most transportation will stop at the Croc Bridge on the way in and out....

Also something Im having a hard time understanding is how much money I will need daily.

Based on what youve planned, id recommend a daily budget of 250 a day walking around money, you'll prob have some left over each day, and others you might blow thru it ... i say why let money limit how much fun you have...
alot really depends on how much you are gonna be consuming food and drink wise, and if you will be buying chicas drinks and or food too...

Zona (now Pension 506) is the closest "MP" as new fantasy is closed ...

the chicas in Jaco are seasoned pros and are used to hunting for newbies or non hobbyist.. they may quote you crazy prices (400 +) if the think they can get it... always negotiate as best you can...

HOW THE STRIKE EFFECTS TRANSPORTATION Costa Rica is in a general strike. There are protests being staged daily. These effect traffic. If done at the airport they can cause delays getting to the terminals.. There is one planned for this morning. I haven't seen them cause problems leaving the airport unless yu are headed away from San Jose towards San Ramon. I have seen travelers exit taxis a mile from the airport and start walking towards the terminals with their baggage in attempts to make their flights. If you are at the airport headed towards San Jose you can get into San Jose without major problems until you arrive downtown. If there are demonstrations on 2nd Avenue as there have been for several days it can back up traffic throughout downtown.
How does this effect you? If you are going to the airport you should leave yourself plenty of time. These traffic slow downs generally last from one to two hours. I would give myself a minimum of three and a half hours before my flight to leave San Jose if I was traveling bwaetween the hours of 8am and 4pm. Travel should be normal before and after these hours.
If I was arriving between these hours I would either have someone arranged to pick me up at a flat rate, try to take an Uber which because of limited access to the airport will be limited in availability and as a final option I would take an airport taxi which will be on a meter and can cost you considerably extra if you run into traffic. My girlfriend paid $12 for a $4 ride to the doctor's office earlier this week.
