Tried to book HLH, but no go. Staying at Dunn for two nights and hope to either get in at HLH or SL. If you want to meet up, let me know.

No, Kb9, I hadn't tried to book La Amistad. I was hoping to have some luck with getting in at HLH or SL for the remaining two nights that I am in CR. Reason being, SL has a gym and HLH has the in-house rates for their girls. If not, I will check with some of the hotels nearby, including Amistad.

Last trip we tried La Amistad for the first 2 days before heading to Quepos and stayed a HLH when we came back I liked both places but the convienence of the girls were the deciding factor in staying at HLH this next trip. Not to mention Boyd and Greg and their hospitality. Anyway if HLH was booked I would take La Amistad without a second thought.

I’ll be at La Amistad the 25th-29th. I also tried the SL but they were full. You might want to make a reservation at La Amistad as a fall back. Not sure you’ll find any availability at the SL or HLH at this late date??

Of course you can always stay right in the belly of the beast at the Hotel Del Rey? It’s not for everyone, I’ve never stayed there because there are too many other good options. Plus I think its way over priced, not to mention a chica fee for each girl you bring to your room.

I know it's a little risky not to have arranged something for my last two days before I am in country, but leaving it open makes it a little more exciting for me...until, that is, I am without a bed and hot water to entertain my one-hour inamorata

I don't know if I am being overly optimistic, but I have a good feeling that I can get in at SL or HLH for one or both of my last nights in CR - similar to my feeling that I know I'm going to get laid. Yes, I am a cups-half-full kinda guy...though, there is always the remote possibility that I am just an insipid fool. Honestly, if either don't work out, there should be a number of places with vacancies. Mini me and I will be so overjoyed with being in CR, even Hotel Nuevo Johnson would do.

Well Virgin - Same boat here. COuld not get into HLH. Even Dunn Inn is a tough one this late. The lady on the phone is working something out putting me in different room each night.. Let us see. I am coming down on 24th for the long weekend myself.
