I've been lurking for three months, first post. I have no questions, I've been reading this forum every spare chance I get. I just wanted to say thanks for the intel. I'll do the best I can to record my thoughts in real time and post a trip report once back in the states. I'll be staying at HLH with my brother. Look for two guys whom may possess military bearing to the untrained civilian eye. Can't wait, one week left to go. Thanks!

The first trip I made to Costa Rica was an eye opening experience. I studied the forum completely. I took notes. I even wrote all the Spanish phrases of how to negotiate with the Chicas. Once arriving the first two days I walked and learned the lay of the land. I made sure to follow all the safety precautions and also chica proofing my valuables. Believe me some Chicas will pick things up if you are not looking. Example I had some VS body sprays on night stand to give as propinas. One Chicas grabbed them all . I was actually testing them to see which ones I could trust. I know that is a little sneaky but it pays in the long run. The best suggestion I can make is to negotiate fully , so there will be no surprises. Once in your room and she tries to change something kick her ass out and say next. She is not worth your money. She will be a poor performer and a clock watcher. The good ones will be easy to negotiate with and not be in a hurry.

I hope to head out of the glutch too while I'm down there. Whitewater rafting, zip lines, and volcanoes. Whatever else gets my mind as far away from home and work as possible.

BKTUNA was my first contact in Costa Rica, I stayed at the previous hotel that he managed. He is the man to see. He will make sure you have the time of your life. His wife was pregnant at the time and it was Halloween. Of course Bktuna disappeared but his sexy sister showed up at the SL party. You may have heard of her. She is very famous in Costa Rica and only works one day a year. She is way too expensive for me.

The behatch sister is a womens libber, she doesn't put out without a fight (you should see her Halloween picture with the black eye) and she won't even tumble for cien, she drinks Jack Daniels like a redfish, but there is something about her that seems to attract guys that buy her drinks all night, but man are they disappointed in the end.

As much as I can appreciate a woman who can handle her Jack Daniels, I make it a habit to avoid women with a darker five o'clock shadow than my own. Thanks, I'm sure she has a charming personality though!
