1) You will find that out yourself and enjoy doing it.
2) all over the place. I suggest the gold museum for sure. It is in the Plaza de Cultura, which is where the National Theater is. It shows a history of CR including the money, art and such. I am sure others can help out with any other suggestions.
3) Being an Asian-Gringo it took me a while to get used to being called chino or chinito, BUT it is not an insult. Down here if you look a little asian, even f you are not, even just your eyes the call you chino. Like stated above, if you are looking for working girls, they mostly only see green. Although chatting them up a little helps.
