Hola'

This will be my first trip to CR and unfortunately I'm spending little time in SJ. I'm taking my 79 year old uncle who has wanted to go for 15 years. We arrive at 8:45 pm on the 4th. The 5th we will golf then head to Quepos for 3 nights on the 6th. Then we are off to Arenal for 3 nights and return to SJ on the 12th. We fly out early on the 13th.

My uncle isn't aware of this wonderful little hobby you all have developed so any ideas on how to get him interested would be great. Also any advice on how to get a quicky in the first night would be appreciated. We are staying at Le Bergerac which I don't believe is tica friendly but we are sharing a room so it doesn't really matter. Also I don't believe this hotel is near ground zero. After golf the second day I plan to get some mp action in while he rests and maybe a DR or SL tica in the evening. Where should I go with the ladies? Hourly rooms sounds a little to cheap for my taste.

Any advice for my stays in Quepos and Arenal would be appreciated as well. I've received a couple tica's numbers in Quepos from some swell mongerers but more help would be great. Especially any thing in Arenal or La Fortuna.

Sorry for the long rambling post.

T minus 13 days and counting.
WOO HOO

There are more places at Arenal than you can imagine. but, I like Los Lagos de Arenal. It is VERY close to the volcano with a good view on non rainy days. Do a web site check on that. I assume you will have a car.

The car ride back from Arenal to San Jose was a real nightmare for us. We got badly lost and took almost twice the time and I speak Spanish.
