Over on a Nevada-related board on which I talk about Costa Rica, a guy asked about the possibilities for spending several days or even a week with a girl. He's not into quickie sex and uses an Argentine escort site that advertises a week for $1200 as a reference point. I'm not into week-thing myself, but I have wondered about going on day tours with a girl, or even overnigght trips like to Arenal. On two trips to CR so far, I've had four parties with the same lady, each one a GFE-type and they get better everytime, and would like to spend the day with her. So what are the possibilities for spending long periods with a girl and how much would it cost?

"Parties"? Sounds like somebody has visited one of those overpriced legal brothels in Nevada. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Repeats tend to get better each time since she gets to know you more and what you like/dislike. So I am all for repeating with the same providers.

But I never understood the extended stay thing. Don't we say that we pay them to go away? Isn't keeping a girl for a few days the opposite of that? :lol: :lol: :lol:

I go to CR for quickie sex, not 15 minute quickie, but no more than an hour or two. I will gladly buy a girl dinner, but I'm not paying her to eat with me or to sleep in my bed.

To answer your question, it's very easy to hire a chica for a few days at a time. Price is negotiable, but I've read that $200/day is pretty reasonable. Basically, it comes down to the chica deciding between your offer per day and what she can make at Del Rey per day.

Exactly... a chica will always look around and check out the scene and determine what she might make that night. The hot ones max out at $300... unless you are a dumb tourist. The girls who are a 6-8 may make $100... if they are lucky.

If I really like her, I tell her my price, and tell her to take a walk around. They usually come back at my price. Remember... we control price, not them.

BTW... IMHO... its all about their ninos. If they have them, they book in the morning. This makes Nicas and colombianas that much more flexible.

Thanks for the answer. Yeah, I've been to the Nevada brothels, too much actually. :D

I'm perfectly happy with short sessions, but this guy, who runs the board I mentioned, is not. His idea of paying for sex is having the girl stay with him for a week, lying on the beach eating grapes, and having her fix him breakfast every morning. He actually wants real love involved. Every time I talk about Costa Rica, or someone else mentiones some other place in the world, he always asks about multi-day sessions. He keeps mentioning that Argentina agency that offers a week for $1200, which he considers a great value. Now I have something to tell him. :D

Last march I had my favorita for an entire week WITH the use of her car in Playa Hermosa for $1000.00, so considering the price of a car rental in I got her for around $100.00 per day. She can't cook for shit though :evil:

Maybe it is if you consider the hot CR chicas will want $200/day plus all expenses paid. Remember travel to and from the beaches (if that is what he so choses) will cost. Meals, regallos etc...

Mentally & emotionally it is big time cost. You will get attached to a working girl, and then will really start to go downhill. You will think about her too much. You will be tempted to change her financial condition. You will lose focus on your normal life back in the states. You will dream (in futility) of bringing her back to the US. You will want to see her again in CR.

Think of CR as a cruise ship dinner. You can order anything on the menu and as much as you like. And the fun is, you won't get full. Why eat prime rib every night? You will get sick of prime rib if you eat it every night. Have some lobster, some sea bass, some chicken... blah blah blah

You get the point. Just my dos colones. Damn, now I am hungry.

Thanks again. As I said, I'm not into the whole week thing, just wanted something to tell that guy; I'm most interested in taking a girl on day tours (Irazu, Poas, etc.). I already have a favorite whom I've been with four times in two trips, and whose phone number I have.

These are just general thoughts and not directed specifically to HikerTom.

I would NOT plan on taking a girl on a tour unless it provides for overnight accomodations.

I say this because you'll want to ENJOY the tour, not be a babysitter to some chica who very likely won't enjoy the tour (you have to get up early, ride a bus, be sociable, hike, try new things, etc). Many of these girls need constant attention.

I can't really imagine taking a working girl on a canopy tour or white water rafting.

Whatever you decide to do you can very well end up paying for two tours and may only get 1/2 the enjoyment that you might have gotten alone.

That's not to say you can't find a girl who will have as much fun as you BUT, why take that chance? Enjoy the tour by yourself or hook up with another CRT member.

Then when you return to San Jose you can hook up with your "esposa por la noche" and make a complete, and more enjoyable, day of it.

Now if you happen to have already established a "relationship" with a girl and know what to expect then it might be worthwhile to take one with you.

Just another perspective to consider.
