Hi Guys I am not a US Citizen (but I am a Permanent Resident).Does anyone know how long does it to take to get a visa at the local CR consulate? I got a good deal on the ticket for 9th november,Is this too little a time to plan a trip to CR. Thanks |

As far as I know, you do not need visas if you are permanent residence. |
