Hi Guys I am not a US Citizen (but I am a Permanent Resident).Does anyone know how long does it to take to get a visa at the local CR consulate? I got a good deal on the ticket for 9th november,Is this too little a time to plan a trip to CR.

As far as I know, you do not need visas if you are permanent residence.

You could try calling the Costa Rican Consulate General in Atlanta.

I called them and they told me it takes a week for the visa :(

Of course ,I am a permanent resident,so I can enter and exit the US without a hassel
