Going to be staying at the Grand Papagayo the first week of Oct. and am looking to find out where the Tica action is in that area. I am looking to do some fishing while I am there but wanna have some fun too LOL.
Any help would be appreciated.

Would suggest you read the ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS guide section in the newbie section. Pay attention to this part:
