Hey there, gang. I live in South Florida and I've only been to San Jose, CR one time. It was back in August of 2003 and my 3 friends and I stayed at the DR where we had the time of our lives! My same group of friends and I will be going back to the DR in late August, but since it'll only be our 2nd time in CR I suppose we're still "newbies." Anyway, I literally registered 5 minutes ago on this site because I was sick of not being able to read the posts in the "trip reports" and "girls review" section. Afterall, I need to do some homework on girls before heading down there in 4 weeks. I also would like to know exactly where this Sportsman's Lodge is located in relation to the DR. Based on what I've read on here, I definitely plan on checking it out! I don't believe it existed when I went down in 03, but I could be wrong. Can anyone help me out? Calle 11 (C-11) and Ave 9 (A-9) Several blocks N or DR. About a 3 minute cab ride or a 12-20 min walk. www.sportsmenscr.com (I think). Check further down in NEWB section for web links of all hotels. |
