Hello guys, I was curious after reading trip report after trip report about fellow members running on empty after a few sessions. Of course I know what they mean so it got me to thinking, does anyone "save up" before coming to CR? If so, how long? Crazy almost fag like question but I NEVER want to miss out cause I'm on empty. And if there is any medical opinions, that would be awesome too.. |

Hey Herbf, come on, the guy asked a serious question, and a hard question to ask. The name of this index is "The Newbie section." He is supposed to ask question like a vet? To answer the question, I try to save up for a couple of days, with the understanding that my first session or two might be a tad short, which is why I will probably be hitting a cheap spot on the night I get in Molino Rojo (?), and than 747 or Oasis the following morning. I also make sure to stretch and bump up the cardio..but that is me... Psychman |

Hey thanks Psychman, I figured that's what I would do. Although the first few will happen in record time. ha ha Yea Herb tried to say a funny... nice try. And besides you dont know me. I'm a "newbie" only to CR. Always be cool to newbies, they remember everything from the posts. I'd rather buy you a beer than smack you, capice? Comprende? ok, cool. |

Here's what to do. Take zinc, and make sure you stay well hydrated. Lots of H2O, both before and during the trip. Dehydration = poor erections/no mas loads. |

At 28 i hardly need to save up....but... depending on your health (assuming your speaking of saving a load) try different supplements. Plenty of OTC natural supps can be effective. I was in to working out for many years and just came off a lay off of over a year. I use Nitrix* It contains L-Arginine Alpha Keto-Glutarate (3000 mg) It is a vaso muscular dialator much like Vitaman V! It does lower your blood pressure (check with a doc prior to use) but gives incredible pumps (no pun intended) through out the entire work out. Helps tremendously in the sack as well. I stack with it Twin labs yohimbe fuel (8% hohimbine alkaloids) and Tribulus terrestris to boost my natural testosterone levels. Prior to bed I tkae ZMA supp. (zinc as mentione before). Drink Plenty of H2O!! I drink on average 2.5 gallons a day. Up to 3.5 gals on cardio and lifting days. You'll find plenty of cardi on SJ though ![]() ![]() |

There are a lot of other good posts in that thread including a more detailed post on Tribulus that I added a little later. There is also far less research as to the toxicity of long term large dosages of these products than there is for the much more limited amounts of traditional pharmacological products like Viagra, Levitra, etc. Personally, I think if these things really did work as well as they claim, we would be hearing a lot more about them the same way, Viagra revolutionized its own particular medical goal. |

I've met Peter North (back when I was in the biz). For what its worth, he uses (or at least endorses) volumepills http://www.volumepills.com. I can't say whether he is a "natural" talent or whether that stuff helped. |

Prolijo is correct. NO2 supplements are not one in the same as V. Sorry if that was how I came across. Thier properties react very much alike though one over time and one with in an hour or so. For my system, NO2 resonds with in an hour(taken on an empty stomach and with plenty of H2O) Some people see imediate results and some do not. Even off cycle I can pop a few and be pumped. This is my system and YMMV. After working out for an hour or so I star pumped up for several hours after the work out. As for sexual function it greatly prolongs(for me) staying power and no down time between loads. I have experimented with V...similar results(again....for me) just V gave me a headache and made me dizzy. As for tribulus and yohimbine(yohimbe). they do need to be used in cycles as like streroids, they boost your bodys natural occuring test levels. (I am not affiliated with Barry bonds TY ![]() DTA |

thanks for all the posts guys. I wasn't trying to increase the volume of my load. I was more so speaking to guys having to turn down chicas because they know they are running on "empty", I dont have to Peter North it, but after all, I do want the rabbit to come out of the hat. ![]() |

DTA, thanks for the suggestions, and Prolijo too...but I think that there's a simpler route. 1. Rest between sessions. Depending on your age, each man has a natural refactory period of between 30 minutes (young and fit) to up to six hours (old and fat). And, as your body is different from others', YMMV 2. Hydration. Alcohol dehydrates you. Coke or other soft drinks dehydrate, as does beer. Water, water, water,water. 3. General good health and fitness. You produce more semen if you're healthy and fit. 4. Drugs such as Viagra and Cialis may actually make it more difficult for some users to ejaculate; the erection is there, but the leche may not be. The physiological reasons for this are too complex to go into here, but many guys complain that using any of the pharmaceuticals makes it harder to C*m. 5. If you can have a dry orgasm, who cares? Do you think she'll give a damn whether you C*m wet or dry? 6. Here's a radical concept: ![]() Learn to have the male equivalent of clitoral orgasms. Believe it or not, men can enjoy non-ejaculatory orgasms which are the male corrolary to the clitoral orgasm in females, (the male ejaculatory orgasm being similar to the female "G-spot" orgasm).
