I renewed membership and credit card was charged about a week ago.

Able to log in to general site and to forums but access to VIP forums still denied.

Have tried resetting forum password several times.

Have emailed both info@costaricaticas.com and notify@forum.costaricaticas.com and received no response.

Can anyone help me out?

Ideas?
