I am in a Facebook group for CR. There was a post by a woman on there today who said she was drugged while sleeping with Devil's Breath. It was administered as a powered they blew in her face. I had no idea what that was but did a google search. I didn't find much other than some confirmations that it has been around in Central and South America for years. One report did claim that the people it was used on would fit the monger profile. I have seen be careful reports on here about watching your drinks, etc. What's the real story and experience both as tourists and mongers in CR? |

Jajaja, like after my doctor removed a stomach tube from surgery, he told me not to drink. I told him I don’t drink. He laughed and said I am not talking about alcohol. |

The best way to prevent shit like that happening.. is to party in your rented building (not hotel/or bar) that has top notch security/protocol standards in place. I am not talking about underpaid night doormen who buzz you in. Unfortunately, I have never found such a place in CR. |
