Hello all, The Freebird in San Jose, 3800 sq feet 9 bedrooms/5 bathrooms (potential to reside and earn income, or convert to hotel, or use multiple ways) is ready for a new chapter. The property is in excellent condition, very busy and vibrant location (few blocks from National Theatre, Gold Museum, 30 mins from SJO) It was appraised for much more ($495- in 2017) we took some time to consider keeping it and what to do.
