I pack 2 rolls of my toilet paper in my luggage, this last trip I also got a lavender essential oil mister $4 off amazon for spritzing the pillows and sheets.
Really paid off for me and my friends. Hides a quick room turnaround.
Also a decent size mouthwash (name brand ), toothbrushes, good soap from bed bath and beyond (samples).
I have a set of king satin sheets for my next trip.
Q tips
make up removal pads
A box of unscented baby wipes for during and after
Packs of gum
Throat lozenges
I put out the nice freebie toiletries from stays at the better American hotel chains.

Don't forget the hydrogen peroxide if you indulge in DATY to rinse your mouth out after the deed. It is expensive here in CR.

Thanks, not sure it will kill everything, but it can't hurt. The good thing is that the working girls generally require condoms, so their snatches are probably cleaner than your usual barhog "freebie" pickup in Norte America. But before you reply, I know you have to factor in the bareback tico boyfriend. :(
The most effective use of hydrogen peroxide may be after DFK. Further studies must be done.

Probably too late after DATY, but I use a teaspoon of bleach in my Water Pik reservoir to kill gram negative bacteria which has been known to become systemic.

Not a doctor but I have a permit to practice medicine but I retired early.
So in other words- I’m not a gynecologist but I will take a look :D
