Sportsmen's Lodge and Hotel Del Rey. (SL) chicas from apx noon to midnight, best times 4 to 10pm, apx. (HDR) 24/7, daytime girls are often easier, cheaper, less rushing, less cost.

If you're pressed for time, better to scout HDR and/or SL and HLH, at least you have a better chance of finding hotties, They are all downtown easy walking distance. At night it's better for newbies to take uber or a taxi.

Given your first time status, limited time, and the fact Semana Santa (Easter Week) starts Sunday, my input is ....

Start at SL, but if you don't see anything you like, taxi to the del Rey. The selection will be larger. Be prepared to taxi back and forth as needed. Although the two places are a very walkable distance, your first time status recommends a taxi. Uber is a little cheaper than taxi, but for ease, use those parked in front of the SL and HDR. Those parked in front of the SL are usually not red cabs, make sure you agree on the fare up front. Expect to be gouged for c2,000. Even with the red cabs at the HDR, agree to the rate up front. If you don't, they could "demand", c4000 at the destination. The red cabs at the HDR wont agree to a metered rate, they have waited their turn for a fare and aren't going to settle for a c500 ride.

Focus on Saturday night. You will find a day trip to Manuel Antonio, especially on a holiday weekend, is a mistake. The ride is too long, and the crowds are to large. You will probably ignore this advice. No problem, I would have too. You will get back late on Sunday, tired but happy. Chica crowd will be way down, only double what you will find back in pu*sy prison. Grab a beer at the HDR, see what is available, and scour the Airline sites for your return trip.
