Post subject:  1st Time to Costa Rica

Hey from Ohio,

I will be making my 1st trip to Costa Rica 10-31 thru 11-04 I cant tell ya how excited I am to be coming and meeting some beautiful women. I just joined this site tonight as a VIP I have read the forums over the weekend and have since booked the Penthouse room at Hotel Amistad, the reviews were great and the food sounds like its very good as well plus no extra $$ for visitors. My plans are to visit some Massage Places thru the day and some more Popular Tica spots HDR, SL, during the evening which from what I've read seems to be the best times. I do have a few questions I couldn't find any info on any help with be greatly appreciated.
Also anyone who would be available during these dates to show me the ropes or give me some tips that would be great.

1- Any experience with Sprint Phones and the Signal ?
2- Set aside (2k) spending cash should I bring all or some and withdraw more as needed ?
3- Massage parlors do I get to choose my girl and will some of these girls come back to hotel ?

I'm so excited I forgot my other questions

2. Bring as much as you are comfortable carrying and also your atm card just in case, $2k is a lot of jack to carry and will go a long way

3. At MPs, you pick who you want and feel free to hug, flirt, etc to get a vibe and dont be afraid to walk in and walk right out if you are not interested, just say thanks and see you later (most will immediately go back to being bored if you give no indication of interest, its super odd feeling but dont feel guilty)

Sprint International Calling works fine. It connects via Moviestar in CR. 2G data is free, this gives you WhatsApp access anywhere. You *may* need an easy software update for your device. search the Sprint support site for “International Calling”. If so, it is just a number you call and it downloads some configuration updates for your phone. Text messaging works fine. You do get charged 20 cents a minute for voice calls (CR or US). If you need 4G data it is $5/day or $25/week. I have not needed it. I have been using it in CR since March. I am using a Sprint provisioned iPhoneX.

Thanks for the info Boynton

JFoot - I should of been more clear with my question I don't plan on walking daily with 2k its for my hotel costs and of course my Fun Money but i would like to know if that's an issue at Customs and if you recommend maybe bringing half that in cash and withdrawing the rest daily as I need it ?

Good info on MP I do pretty much the same here in the states at Asian MP if I don't like what I see I usually just turn around

Sprint works fine. Make sure you activate the international add on. They used to have a couple different options for international. One was 2G everywhere for free and there was a north america one that had higher speeds also free. Strangely, you could only have one activiated so depending on where you travel, you might have to switch back and forth. I think they've combined it into one option now though. The only other issue I've had is my international roaming got switched off, so I had to go back in the settings and turn it back on.
