Hi all, It will be my first trip to Costa Rica, now i've read a few threads here, I'm 35, I have a few questions.First off I want to try one or two mp and my reading has led me to think I should go to Monicas'@Relax, now I will probably be free late afternoon when the sun is set, I was wondering is Monicas and Relax in safe area for walking alone there ? Should i take a Uber or a Taxi there ? Are taxi easily available outside those MP ? I have a room at the Morazan Hotel. This is not where I'll be sleeping, I only rented a room there on two different nights to have theftfree place to have fun. Now is it safe to walk from the HDR with a talent back to the Morazan. Also will have a car because I will be seeing other part of the country, is there a safe parking in the Area of Morazan and HDR. I have a few internets prospects that i want to meet and possibly bring back to my room. Might have to meet some in public places first before going back to the room. Safe bar cafe closeby the Morazan to meet ? I will also be in Escazu for two nights, is it safe area to drive at night from bars in that area to hotel and vice versa. Thanks for all answers. |

Sorry PB, but Easter Weekend is the absolute worst time for Mongering in Costa Rica. Most places closed or a ghost town. |

Well i don’t believe tbat even HDR or SL would be dead on easter !? Im flying in this friday but only have that evening then I’m leaving early saturday morning to visit the country before coming back for easter weekend. I guess i will have to make the most of it this friday. Any game at all in La fortuna ? I keep readind it’s not safe to walk at night near Del Rey, should I even take a cab to go as close as Morazan ? |

It's safe to walk from the Morazan to the HDR. But be aware. |

there will be some girls around but the numbers will be way down, your best bet will be finding a nica who didn't have the money to get home that weekend. Maybe you can find someone on the first night who is not leaving town the next weekend. I recall a parking lot across from the Morazon. |
