Apologies for the duplicate, did not realize I put it in the trip report section, will delete it if I can... Will be travelling on business M-F, most of my evenings will be free after 6 PM, I can hobby between say 6 and 11PM before calling it for the night. Read a few reports very informative and entertaining, just finished the huge trip report mentioning the $40 Peter, hilarious and informative. Thanks guys! I don't speak spanish, not too much into playing the game - just want a girl or two after work. Will be staying at a business hotel in Escazu or Belen area (not booked yet), obviously cannot but Del Ray or SL in my business expenses. My research leads me to using the massage parlors as much as possible - IDEM, Relax, New Fantasy, 360, Monica's seem to be the popular ones. I assume most of them clse around 8 or 9 each evening which will work good for my first round. Definitely will check out Del Ray around 8 or 9 for the experience, I also read that there are short term rooms that I can rent for taking out the girls? Looks like DR is more of a pain to work with - not as easy or save as massage parlors. My quick questions: 1. Any game near Escazu, Belen areas? 2. Any MP that are open till 11 or so? 3. Are strip clubs worth the extra money? 4. Any short term motels in near DR for taking the girls? 5. Do the business class hotels allow girls if I fall in love with anyone for the night? Again, thanks for the site and knowledge, glad I found it! |

Welcome to CRT! The MPs you mentioned are great/enough to keep you busy before 8pm. If you are a businessman with no Spanish Skills or wingman - I would call a few favorite CRT Hotels in the Gulch and ask for the cheapest room. Sportsmens, La Amistadt, Taormina are good places to start. I think having a safer place to monger/crash/stay while on a business trip, makes a lotta sense versus getting a shoddy room for an hour in a lower class place. Lowest price SL rooms are $65 plus you get a little off with your CRT discount! I always recommend the SL for first timers specifically for the added benefit of many seasoned veterans to socialize with. Taxi to Del Rey, pick up a hottie, taxi to SL, have your fun, hang out at SL bar and socialize with option to stay night at SL! Let us know what you decide & give us a trip report! Good luck ![]() |

Any massage parlors that are open late? say 10 or 11PM? Is it ok to "take out" the mp girls after their work hours? I plan to have fun only between 6 and 11 PM due to work....so may be 1 or 2 girls per evening depending on my energy level.... |

I saw a Tico pension that said "24 hours" but I wouldn't have been in that area at 10. |

Is New Fantasy open till midnight? (from FB page), Idem shows open till 10 in Google (guess, last customer is in at 9?) - any idea about relax hours? Do Zona 2 and Little Havana work like massage parlors as well? till what time are they open? Thanks much for the info... Pirate club should be open late into the evenings. Girls I have saw were hit and miss but usually I could find one that would work. Also there is a strip club over by Molina Rojo that has short term rooms and a decent amount of girls even on a monday night. |

Re: Your expense report: Hotels La Amistad and Castillo won't raise red flags. Much of their business is from regular tourists and business travelers. Same goes for the Taormina, which was formerly a Clarion Hotels property. The Hotel del Rey is almost universally known as a hotel of ill repute. The Sportsmen's reputation is better, but still recognized as a chica-tolerant hotel. Please do not raom around the city after dark, alone. You have no Spanish, it's your first time in country and you don't know the terrain. Regarding EscazĂș nad Belen...there's nothing that I know of. Most recognized business hotel chains (Radisson near the airport, Best Western etc.) are absolutely not tolerant of working girls. The poster who suggested that you book a cheap room at either the Sportsmen's or the Amistad is correct. You've got girls aplenty at the Sl during your time frame, you could book a room for $65.00 + 13% tax there and thus have the option of staying overnight or returning to your regular hotel once the fun is done. If I were traveling strictly on business and wanted a bit of action, I'd stay at the Amistad. Nice hotel, discrete, free laundry, free calls to U.S. (in five minute blocks), really nice all-inclusive options and a very good included breakfast. If you'll have a rental car, the Castillo, Amistad and SL all offer off-street parking (for a fee). I will be at the Sportsmen's between November 6 and 20, 2018. Look for the blind guy. Name's Paul, but I'm known as "El Ciego" (The Blind Guy). I'll be happy to help in any way I can. With 14 years' travel to CR and more than 25 long trips, I know my way around a bit. Happy to help. |
