So Ive been reading some post and I was going to book a condo at Vist Mar but Im wondering about the Diamante Del Sol and Monaco. The post Ive read all seem pretty old so does anyone have any experience with these place in the last few months?

Vista Mar is the best because it is right next to the Cocal Bar. No need to have to get in a taxi. Monaco has $10 chica fee and chicas hours are 8pm to 5:30 am. Vista Mar has everything you want including a much nicer pool than Cocal. You have to walk back down with chica for her to get her cedula back which is a safety precaution. Also if your chica wants plata upfront you can just send her back cause no taxi ride is necessary. Internet works great in Vista Mar while Cocal is overloaded at night.

Have to agree with Hank, Vista del Mar are by far the best. The other two are fine but a fair distance (for Jaco) from Cocal and both are on the north end of town where I don't suggest you walk after about 10pm. Not to mention, if you book the condo through Cocal, you get free breakfast. Diamante is on the beach but Monaco is not. Diamante also has a chica policy where they "claim" they only allow them from 10pm to 6am but I've heard guys getting around that. And Monaco/Monte Carlo do charge a fee for guests.
