Apparently they are quite common in Asia, and some parts of the US and Canada.

In Costa Rica? Probably as common as tall Scandinavian blondes. That is to say, possible, but not probable.

Seriously, I've seen chicas on backpage.com (in the past) that advertised that they were 'chino' and they might have been (mixed chino / tico) - and I've seen some chicas with faintly Asian features, but they weren't "Asian girls".

This is a funny thread, and I think that the OP, although a bit miffed, might realiize the score here.
However, I have met Brazilians and an Ukrainian at the KL so hope springs eternal.
