Are you all phucked out(AFO'd) but want to watch the action and don't want to deal with every girl in the place and maybe want to practice your Spanish a bit?

This will cost you a beer or two. Say no if they ask for a Red Bull instead. Just a beer.Pick that girl that is working the room and you might like later or the next day etc.

Once eye contact is made then take your hand and swipe it across a guy alone, table of guys, several tables of guys and then hold you are up a bit. like your are going to fist pump. and take your other hand and pat your elbow. Your are giving her the signal that those guys are Cheap Skates.She will be right over to your table and then tell you you don't want business right know but maybe later and offer to buy her a beer. Great way to make friends .

1) I advise against swiping your hand across a guy, alone or otherwise.

2) As I read it, the arm motion described sure sounds like the "bent elbow" which is the equivalent of flipping the bird in many countries (not sure about CR though).

3) If you're AFO'd and want to just talk... find a chica that looks bored or not working too hard to find a taker. Then start a conversation. If you want to be a gentleman tell them you are just interested in talking.

4) It is becoming clear why the OP started a thread asking about bringing a blackjack into CR and another about pepper spray.

Yes, I think this is a good recipe for a beatdown!! HAHAHA!! I would love to see this maneuver in action...would be a hilarious show!!! Especially the part with the hands over multiple tables, then the guy flips off some chica in the bar...the guys will whip his ass, then the chica walks up and kicks him while he's on the ground, unconscious!!

I only offered a way to do something i have done since 2003. I didn't say to touch anyone at all. The arm motion i use is universal in CR for CHEAP SKATE! Any smart person can interpolate and adapt to his own use.

I just moved to CR in October.Any guy that is gimped up as i am better have his shit together even if i want to walk to the Pulperia just down the street. I see your join date for this forum. Tells me that you don't know shit from shinola about CR.
i have made 15 trips to CR before i moved here.

My method opens the door for conversation and keeps the hordes off of a guy. These women do talk about us quite a bit. Word travels quick when you are funny and straight forward.

These women are there to make money and any guy that acts polite and act like he knows a bit about CR is appreciated.I very likely know 15-20 women that i have never done any business with and every one of them is glad to see me and come over for the hug/kiss. I have also bought many women Pollo and Rice for many with no strings attached.I can ask any of them to leave the Hotel/bar and give them cash to go get me something and many will jump at the occasion. I don't chump for anything and the hotel staff make a point of shaking my hand in sincerity and welcome me home.

You come on as a guy that has to go back to his room and jack off.

Not quite following how CRT join date correlates with anything.

If your first post was written in something that vaguely resembled a cohesive logically presented instruction set maybe it would have been more clear.

Guess I'm probably too junior to join you somewhere for a demonstation of Costa Rican sign language. Maybe a more esteemed CRTer can take a field trip and report back on how you conjure chicas to submit to your presence with hand signals. You left out the spanish incantation needed to make this work.

Let's see we have the blackjack slapper and pepper spray threads. Is the taser thread coming? Add to it getting ripped off by a HDR van driver and admitting you didn't learn your lesson the first time. Then some odd ball post about chicas carrying coats are more likely from out of town and therefore less likely to be sharks. Were you the one asking the board if rent should be paid in dollars or colones? Seems like an expert would know - that it's whatever the landlord prefers.

Somewhere in your rant you mention merits of acting like a gentleman. In your case I guess it is an act.

I don't profess to be an expert and I'm not really into competitive urination, but your expert knowledge is simply not shining through.

That response was my chuckle of the day! Thanks hotdogg. He seems to think that if anybody joined CRT after him then they can't possibly know as much as he does! He mentioned my join date on another thread/rant and seem to be calling me out on that, for whatever that's worth! He also did not know there was a grocery store one block east of the HDR across the street from the casino. But he's been to the CR 15 times and pimps himself out to be an expert! Versatile is in dire need of some professional/anger management help !!
