after a long stretch of panama and curacao, i am returning to CR after about 5 years. i'm coming labor day weekend which use to be crowded with gringos. is that still the same ? i'll probably stay at SL or LA but HDR might be fun after a few years off. or maybe i should go the week before while they are still fresh ? recommendations ? |
