I'll be traveling to jaco the first week of is Aug and was wondering how the weather is usually like in Aug? I've heard it'll be raining a lot? Is this true for Aug? |

Jaco is always hot and muggy. It's similar to Key West in August, but like that all year round. |

Very humid down there, change shirts several times a day if you are out and about. Rain is common that time of year, usually in quick heavy bursts. Usually not for an entire day. Plenty of shops, bars to wait out the rain on the main street if you get caught. |

Always very hot and humid, plus the rain April-November. Honestly, the weather is the only reason I don't go to Jaco. It's gross, and I sweat easily, so I walk around drenched all day. The rain doesn't help the humidity at all. |
