Hello everyone,

Planning my first trip. How do I make sure/know a girl is not younger than 18y.o.? We don't ask for ID, do we?

First trip? Stay at the Rey , they check ids as most places do , but it's an easy first trip

if you have any doubt you better. did you read the HLH raid thread? if you should have the misfortune of finding yourself alone in a room with a minor be prepared to pay the price.

So I understand they carry cedulas at all times/most of the time and it is OK to ask for it?

If they don't show then I pass - the right approach, I suppose.

A chica having a cedula that says she's over 18 is great if it's her cedula. Many chicas use/have used thier cousin's/sister's/friend's cedula to do business.

Be careful, this is a strict-liability offense which means that you are guilty, even if you didn't intend to be with a minor or she lied/fooled/tricked you. Better pass if unsure.

Never asked to see the IDs never had a problem. I have had to negotiate when I bring a non pro to the hotel i stay at. Regular girls and students aren't use too giving thier IDs up at the desk... Del Rey is pretty safe for age( in my humble opinion) but there have been some i passed on there because they looked too young, and I figured they were a set up.

I agree speakno but first trip? Atleast stay at Rey a few days. Yes the Chicago fee is a rip off the service sucks( unless you know the waitres and cooks) but on your first trip it is a good experience. I still remember my first trip ... Mainly because of the Rey and the fact that i was lucky enough to be there for Jackie's birthday. On my second day there , i got out of the elevator saw a piñata hanging and had to push my way thru more puntang than i ever remember. Never had my pecker grabed that much in my life, and I'm a pretty man;)$

So is it right that if you bring someone to your hotel they have to register at the frontdesk/reception?

:lol: Grandma/at least 40-50 - I thought of that :D - it will definitely eliminate the risk :lol:

If you go to the usual places, you'll be fine. You would have to really get off the beaten path to be caught in a situation like HLH with a minor. As mentioned, just because they have a cedula doesn't mean they are of age. Use your own judgement, If a chica looks too young.... PASS.. no matter what her cedula says.

they might not card the trannies bud, so you could try hunting down that avenue. :mrgreen:

Seriously, this is spot on. I was concerned about one of my pulls at EL Ciego's party, and asked the brothers what they thought. All they had to say was "this is SL! Of course she's of age!".
The place you're at is the only real protection you have. Stick to the places that won't risk their business license.
