They get spanish MTV, and another spanish video channel, so they see the popular international Latin American videos and the popular gringo stuff like Lady Gaga who just had a concert there. It seems like that's all that's on the tv other than the soaps in the daytime.

So I know from mine and her 2 sisters they like Pitbull, Shakira, Enrique Inglesias, Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez, Prince Royce, Chris Brown, Don Omar, Mana, Marc Anthony, Patti Cantu, Gloria Trevi, Mariana Vega, Ricardo Arjona just off the top of my head.

Can't help you with the typico CR spanish music, if there is such. I do know they ain't crazy about Mexican other then the int'l stuff.

I do a search on the web for CR top 40. There are two or three lists published by CR radio stations. I use this approach to add to my library each time.

I have XM radio and have copied about 8 hours of Latin Music. It is the most popular of the current time frame, and you can put it on and let it fly. The XM radio doesn't work, but any recorded music will play like an MP3 player.

Also, there is "Now that is what I call Music, Latino" I think they are up to about #4. It will play a variety of the current Latin hits.

Health & happiness.......

Here's one such list: http://www.charly1300.com/costaricatop30.htm
Another strong option is a Spanish Internet radio station. I used to tout Batanga but they seem to have vanished. Try this:

I use spotify with and external usb speaker on my laptop and make a playlist of billboard's latin top 40 for the prior six months ......no cost no mess and every chica loves it. If the chica wants any other artists its simple to search them and impress them with your extensive library of music they love...LOL....none understand that spotify has millions of songs for free as its not available in costa rica but if you download it in the us before leaving it works great there.

I am not sure about using it via cell as you will be on the costa rica network but I know for sure it works great at the Sportsman on their wifi and I don't have the premium service or any of the songs saved.....just playlists and internet access for streaming

I'll agree with poster above, there is an app called Batanga that is great. It has more Latin stations than I would've ever imagined. I listen to it about everyday.
There is also an app called 8Tracks that is really good.
I have Spitify very limited when it comes to Latin music.

If you have Wi-Fi at your hotel there's no need to go buy any CDs or download anything to your phone as you can just steam these apps over the Wi-Fi connection.

Here's how, on the streaming services:
Spotify http://www.spotify.com/us/
Rdio http://www.rdio.com/
MOG https://mog.com/

In addition, if you hear a song and want a sample of that song, look it up on All-Music Guide--nearly all the stuff there has a click-thru to that song from one or another of the streaming services. Here's an example of an AMG page:
http://www.allmusic.com/album/stan-getz ... 0000649527

For more on music databases and the music streaming services, Wikipedia's got it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_on ... c_services

I am a long time Zune user and I recently been forced to finally terminate the Zunepass since they stopped the 10 free songs. I still pay the monthly fee and started using Spotify which makes me VERY ANGRY that I had stuck with Zune for this long.

Anyway the point is Zune Blows, I even bought an unlocked Windows phone which I use as a MP3 player and burner phone in the US, just so I can keep all my playlists and collection, which disappears as soon as I get rid or the subscription.

Anyway I am new on Spotify, but have been reorganizing my music and working on my Latin side first this time.

I searched several threads and this is the only one that I found that was current. I mostly travel to Dominican Republic and Colombia. I am looking to source music anyway I can that is current, preferably free :D

Anyway I would love to share Spotify playlists although I am still working on it.

Majority of my collection has been downloaded from this website as suggested from some members from another site I belong too. http://www.lomaximoproductions.com/cate ... es/urbanos

They got reggaeton, salsa, bachata, merengue and dembow. They even have some Hiphop

I am looking for sites similar to this, or other ways to source your music

I am looking for strictly music that latina whores listen too, and on command can shake their titties and ass too, preferably while naked on my penis.

I would also like opinions on how you organize your music as well for people with large collections. I have been making playlists by the type and Date from this site, to keep it current. This probably won't make sense unless you been to Lomaximo and have Spotify

Anyway thanks in advance for the help

BTW any idiots like myself who right now use Zune, I suggest using Spotify, you can still use it on your Windows phone, and if you ever switch to Android or IOS, it will be a smooth transition, unlike being in Zune prison as I have for way too many years

And if any of you guys know, I got a lot of Dembow, is that popular in Costa Rica and Colombia? I am wondering if I should keep lists seperated or not when I go to Sosua, or Medellin for example
