Wondering from those with experience, what "services" are common (75% of the ladies will do), obtainable (50%), elusive (25%) or rare (5% or less and generally from pretty undesireable providers). Understood that it may be extra cost, but wondering whats generally negotiable vs. hard to find at any (reasonable) added cost. I'm thinking BBBJ, CIM, COF, Anal, rimming, photos/video etc.
In PI and Thailand seems like 90% of those requests are commonly available, whereas China and HK a bit different, CIM obtainable, photos rare and Anal very rare for westerners. Europe would require an Excel spreadsheet matrix. Brazil BBBJ, anal and CIM are common, but photos are definitely not.....
Anyone have an experienced generalisation and does it vary from type of venue HDR girl, MP provider etc?

Pretty much all of the above - especially if you are willing to pay for it - what you may find is that many girls, even those working for a while view the anus as an exit only (CR is NOT Brazil, if you take my point
) You will also find that many are really not all that experienced in things sexual; so a lot of sex w/ hookers in SJ seems fairly vanalla - so you really have to negociate up front, and not be shy about it as to what you want - also look for signs of "reluctance" a sure bet she is likely to change the deal once she get you in the room - if you have not paid he up front - show her the money if she insists, but don't pay her up front - ever - and make her leave if she does not do what she agreed to - you could pay her a little, or give her cab fare, but never let her get away with significantly changing the deal - ever.
Also, while your question is a good one - seriously - its like so many the board gets from new visitors to CR - and, like other places, you need to experience the place to know it - some posts can point you in the right direction, but you are not going to learn what you need to via a few posts and questions, even if you have mongering (I hate that term) experience elseware; my Brazil example is a good one; girls there are much more open towards anal; in CR, not so much - just one example.
I often suggest new guys spend a little money and take a tour offered by board vets Bilko and Pops - just PM them - they may even know some who actually enjoy some of the same things you do - it also ramps up your learning curve in SJ
