Hey Im trying to arrange my first trip to CR and called to make reservations at HLH. It may have been the connection or the language gap but after making the reservation I didn't receive the email confirmation. When I called back I was informed that the original girl that I talked to 30 min earlier had left and that she didn't see my reservation. I am concerned because I gave her my CC num. is there anyone I can talk to who speaks fluent English so that I can clear this up?
