Hi - Joined the board last week and have already booked flight and room at HLH (leggs & eggs will be a morning ritual). This board has really been a great resource, you all have an awesome community here. I've read most the newbie guide-posts a few times as well as some recent trip reports, although I get the sense that nothing can truly prepare me. I have a few years of P4P experience in the states but this will be my first mongering trip, and I have a few questions where I found some contradictory or potentially outdated info.

1. Multiple pops / cups / leches: I'm a bit quick on the draw but am able to consistently produce 3-5 leches an hour with stimulation...however the first is generally within 10 min into BBBJ and I don't want to invest in more time without the promise of return trips.
- Are 2 or 2+ leches common practice with MP and Indys? Are they more prevalent with either type of provider?
- If in a MP does the half-hour vs. hour generally limit or account for multiple leches? Does 2 hours or TLN with an Indy generally account for multiples?
- Is it something to always negotiate up front? If so, what is the correct phrasing in spanish? Muchos leches? Dos/Tres/etc. leches? Or is it best to phrase as a question (Cuántas otras leches en nuestro tiempo juntos?) and hope they come back with "as many as you can papi" !
- If not negotiated up front or reneged, are more leches generally offered/available as up-sell with both MPs and Indys?
If you need/want more than 1 leche, you MUST negotiate it upfront. In most MP's, it's generally 1 leche, especially in half-hour. In the hour, some will agree to 2 leches for a little extra $. Jenny @ Relax will give 2 shots without even asking in one hour. Easier to get 2 leches with indy vs MP, but still need to discuss beforehand. More than 2 is rare but possible if discussed beforehand. In Spanish, you can say "Quiero _x_ leches en una hora" and wait for their response.

2. Meds: Given question #1, I found some references to meds to boost stamina. Does anyone have experience with "super p force" or "Estimul / fluxotina / dapoxetine"? If so has it worked and is it readily available at SJO farmacias?
No idea.

3. Threesomes: Never done this before and know I will try it at least once on the trip. Are they better found in MPs or with Indys? How do the costs break out? Say 1 girl for a hour at an MP is $50...does that mean 2 girls is $100 or is there a price break/up-sell? Does the same "double" principle apply for indys - will a chica asking $80 come back with an amiga and accept no less than $160? Any recommendations for MP or Indy doubles (saw some great pics of Lorena & Pamela in VIP...but they seemed dated).
There is "economy of scale" in Indy's, meaning that if you take 2 chicas (must know each other, can't pick 2 randfom chicas and expect them to play together) you will usually not have to pay single rate x 2. For example, if one chica charges 80, you might get them both for 140. However, you must make it CLEAR if you expect lesbo action; many will agree but then fake going down on each other. NEVER PAY UPFRONT; ALWAYS PAY AFTER WITH INDY'S. If they try to pull that fake shit, stop the session and tell them to get out (with taxi fare). If an indy renegs on sonething that was agreed on, boot them (or threaten to) to get them back in line. Most will straighten up quickly if they know they will get kicked out with no money.
At MP's, you usually pay hourly rate x 2, plus usually a propina for "lesbian show". At NF, it's $50 for one girl, $75 for 2. The others it's twice the single rate. You need to book an hour for a threesome.

4. Photos / Videos: I understand that HLH has a no-photo policy in common areas - which I actually find re-assuring, however the same cannot be true behind closed doors (and especially with an indy brought back when the MP is closed). Are there similar policies at KL / BM / HDR / SL? In generally do the chicas ham it up or shy from the camera? Is this something else to negotiate? (Puedo tomar su photo/vídeo, por favor?) Again any recommendations for movie stars in the making?
If you want pics, you should discuss it beforehand. Not too many girls will allow pics. I think even fewer will allow video. They don't want to be porn stars; they just want to quietly make their money without their family finding out. You're right, ask "Puedo tomar fotos/video de ti?"

5. Phones: Orange's post states that a cell is not required... but most of the trip reports mention getting/giving numbers and texting/calling to set up dates. I have a locked ATT iphone 4S that I will bring as a camera but I don't think that will work in CR ... right? Given that I'm only in town for 3 nights do you think a phone is necessary? If so is $10 per day still the best I will find to rent a phone & sim?
Not needed, but helps to keep in touch with wingmen and chicas also if you can communicate with them.
$10/day to rent is a ripoff. For the past couple of years, you can now buy prepaid SIM chips for an unlocked GSM phone. There is more info in my thread.
