why my e mail keep coming back to me undelivered when I attempt to e mail Darren at El Castillo for reservation?

I remember a few months back I was having the same problem.
I got through using this email aadress:

hotelcastillo@racsa.co.cr

I have that in my address book for Darren as well. When all else fails, call him at 2221-5141
