Post subject:  Vaccination when arriving from?

I vaguely recall a thread which indicated if you arrived from some country you needed some weird vaccine before entering Costa Rica.

Anyone know which country and which vaccine it is? I want to avoid flying into/out of that country.

If entering CR from South America, you need a yellow fever vaccine.
