Going to guanacaste this weekend staying through next Friday August 13 - any options for me ? looking to spend perhaps 1 to 2 hours a couple of days and my last night an overnight

questions:
- how much can i expect to spend?
- are girls available to come to your hotel or do you have to pick them up?
- what good habits (gifts, extra tips,) is recommended

You are being a little vague. Guanacaste is rather large. Some action at Playa Flamingo or Tamarindo, but it is spotty at best.

I can tell you from experience about Flmaingo only. In a few trips there, I've seen nothing better than a 5. Overall, there was very very little available. And 2 years ago, one of my buddies was quoted $300 (and that wasn't even TLN).

I've heard Tamarindo has chicas near/in the casino next to Hotel Daria (sp?).

Playa (Melia) Conchal is located between Flamingo Beach and Tamarindo. It's about 15 minutes South of Flamingo Beach and about 20 minutes North of Tamarindo. It's a real nice resort with a world class golf course, 5 star restaurants, beautiful beach, fantastic accomodations, etc. but they are NOT chica friendly. About 5 minutes down the road from Conchal is a small town called Brasilito. They've got several great restaurants there, both "gringo" style (expensive) restaurants and a few "tico" style restaurants, most serving outstanding food.

If you are planning on going to Flamingo or Tamarindo at night to pick up a chica, then bring her back to your room at Conchal, you better think again. It's a very "family" oriented resort, and the last thing they want is P4P chica's strolling around. Over the past few years, my partner & I have had many clients (that have done various tours with our company) that were staying there. And every one of them had the exact same problem. PLAYA CONCHAL IS EXTREMELY CHICA UNFRIENDLY. Matter of fact, I don't even think they charge a chica fee. They simply will not let them through the guard gate onto the property.

IMO, since you're staying at Conchal, if you want to hunt for pu$$y while you're in Guanacaste, you're going to have to spring for a cheap hotel to do the deed. That is... IF you can find pu$$y.

BTW... Nature Air ( www.natureair.com ) and Sansa ( www.flysansa.com ) both fly from Liberia to SJO. But they both also fly from Tamarindo to SJO, which is a lot closer to Conchal.
