I've had a running joke with my Cuban barber for years... its something we call "The Dream" - he always asks me when I walk in "So... Eric..... You have The Dream???" The Dream is our long-ago established code phrase for a threesome (FFM you sick fucks). So far... the answer has been "no.... but I tried" or similar... . Well, I told him recently I'm going to Costa Rica and will be achieving this goal - you've never seen a bigger smile from the old guy. He is expecting a good story. Checklist for 8 Days: Suitcase Locks / James Bond Passport case immodium / pepto / advil 5 Pack of Toothbrushes / Tongue Cleaner / Floss iPod with 1000s of options + Tiny but awesome battery powered iPod speakers Printout of Passport Scan and Tickets, left at home + one brought along 2 Pair of Jeans / Shorts / 4 TShirts / 2 Flowered Shirts / 10 Boxers / Socks / Swimsuit Condoms, two dozen / Astroglide in Small Containers luminesent little girls bracelets + 2 packs of cherry lipgloss, individually wrapped waterproof digital camera What did I miss? |

Unless you're going to the beach, forget the swim trunks. And I'd bring more conservative shirts unless you're beach-bound--CR is a conservative country. Golf shirts rather than T-shirts. The gifties are a nice touch. O/W you're good to go. |

Don't forget to bring some money, otherwise you won't look so "hansum" to the chicas. The more money you have, the better you look. I would leave the floss at home. Whether for you or the chicas, it's a bad idea if you plan on going down on them or them going down on you. Flossing sometimes causes gums to bleed creating openings for bacteria and infections to enter. Brushing and mouthwash are a good idea. |

Ericespe, Berk was just busting your balls.  Lose the flowered shirts.  And don't worry about a calculator. The conversion (500-1) is very easy to do in your head without whipping out your calculator in front of a chica! Just relax and don't over-think things too much, because regardless of your initial / original plan, it'll all go to shit as soon as you walk off the plane in SJO. And as far as bringing more money ? DEFINITELY!! If you bring too much, you can always bring it back home with you. Some guys bring very little $$$ and use ATM machines throughout their stay, but I'm not one of 'em. I just bring cash and lock it in my room safe, and take out what I need on a daily basis. YMMV. You'll be just fine. Enjoy yourself! MG

Waterproof camera, check. ROFL My monger mentor (who assured me that next year we will be both heading to Phillipines/Thailand together) told me to leave the Toilet Paper... and also he strongly recommended I leave my Ipad behind... Would an iPad fit into a typical room safe? Its dimensions are 9.5 x 7.5... |

An iPad will fit in the safe but so do chicas hands, so keep it locked up when they are around. A new gadget like that will fit nicely in a chicas purse. Don't show it off to her (Oh, have you seen this, blah, blah, blah) because she might be saying the same thing to her friends after she takes it. Don't panic, they are not all thieves. Dean |

Not the size of your dick or how great of a lover you are... but cash. It will be worth whatever you have to leave out of your luggage to fit it. |
