Hope someone can help me ....I have a friend who is the father of one of my x-employees and he just moved to san jose. To give a little back round the son calls me last week and let's me know that is father is moving to san jose and is going to move near Jaco....I beg him to tell his pops he will hate the heat and the day to day living there.

His dad calls me me and we talk about 30 mins. and I tell him about san jose and the brotherhood he will find joining CRT and about the sportsmen. 5 mins after we get off the phone he joins...I have a good friend that has a few apartments that I think will be perfect for him and give him my buddy's info and told him to stay at the sportmens at least his first night.

He leaves and after his 10 hour layover in miami he makes it to san jose ...all along I am talking with his son here in the states (who has never been to san jose )i tell him if he makes it to the sportmens he will make friends fast .....the son can't get in touch with him ....now he been in town for 24 hours ...I told him to call the sportmens (free call) and ask for him....he tells me the girl at the desk says sure Bob is here ...and I see him at the bar .....They already call him Bobby no toes as he is missing a few .....I only talked to the guy a few times and can tell he is a great guy but a very new Newbie and I share as much info about being safe and what not to do...

He cant find my friend who owns the apartment and I find out today that guy just left on the same day to sosua ....I told him to look up Roberto (S.King) at the sportmen which he did (thanks Roberto if you read this for being cool to him) but if anyone else is in town now ....and you get a chance to meet him ...please show some brother kindness to him ....and try to give him the info all new guys need.

My guess ,he will be staying at the sportmens until he finds a place or my buddy gets back into town...thanks again to anyone that runs in to Bobby no toes ....he is a good guy

If he's a likeable and nice guy as you say, I think pointing him towards the SL is as good as any of us could do. Chances are he will have a great time and thank you endlessly....

Day-um, Brother Chilimike, as quickly as Bobby NoToes is charming folks and making connections, he should be offering some of us lessons (yeah, i mean me). While on the subject, after he has a chat with Brother BKTuna, consider steering him to a day with Brother Pops. He'll get no better grounding from an objective guy than that.

I sent Pops a pm here last week, and an e-mail to his yahoo concerning the area tour, and haven't heard anything back from him.. is he still doing tours?

I am planning a trip to san jose in Aug. and called the sportmens to book the room and when finished I ask to talk to Bobby No Toes room. Its around 1 pm san jose time and Bobby picked up his phone in his room and told me he was busy with the tica of the Month. .....I been going to san jose for 6 years ....and I have yet to score a Tica of the Month yet Maybe he has some game that I didnt know about !!!! Hey BK, I was going to send him to you at first but since his flight didnt get in until after 9pm his first night I just felt it would just be a way of him getting a room and meeting up with some guys at the sportmens.Again thanks if you run into him

Pops is still doing tours but is in the US for the month of July.

the update on bobby no toes is....he found someone (not sure who it is) who has him staying in his apt. for $300 a month....he called his son and told him he wont receive his check card untill 2/26 ...like I told his son ...nothing gets "overnighted" to san jose ....I am about 99% sure he is there with no money...I told his son to wire him money....since I cant get in touch with him its going to be hard to get him some cash.....I think he is meeting up with my buddy who owns the apartments near you.....but who knows ....I have never met the guy, only chats on the phone ,,,,and knowing his son....wish I would have met him sooner as the way he has lived his 1st week in san jose is a mess and I only know a small part of it.....Thanks Boyd for doing what you could for him...

DHL and Fedex do deliver here. If he wants to send something that way he can use the hotel address. Obviously for emergencies Western Union is fastest.

I hope his clothes are in one piece and from my 4 or 5 chats with him ...he calls the girls ('the ladies') not ho's ....his biggest mistake (or mine) was I talked to him 2 days before he was getting on the plane and told him he needed to go to san jose not Jaco...and told him about crt ....which 10mins after looking at the site he joined, stayed his 1st night at the sportmens and found la la land ....was with the tica of the week ...and not sure how many other girls got a shot of Bobby no toes bankroll....(and losing his bank card didn't help)My next trip is in 38 days ....if he can last until then...I think I will be able to help him or at least be able to check on him....
