IMHO, you can't go wrong staying at the Sportmen's Lodge, Dunn Inn or La Amistad.

No worries man. I was like you on my first trip. But when you get there you will run into members of this board and they will gladly help you for a simple beer or for free. once you become a member you can check out the calendar and see who is going to be there. Also i have a group of guys going in may the weekend before memorial day. If you want you can hang with us, but i have to warn you crazy shit happens and we party hard. But if you just go with the flow and remember your on vacation!

The three hotels listed above are good, also Castillo. It would be best to read the Newbie section. Girl prices can vary. I would assume $60 to $80. All night also depends, $100 - $120. somes the $60 to $80 works. Now this is completely general info and never the rule. It is difficult for any one guy to answer your questions since we all roll differently. HDR/KL are pick up places where CRT and other gringos go to fish . The Sportsman Lodge is where many CRT guys hang out and they have regular girls (meaning working girls that hang there regularly). At some point within this fantasyland, you have to use your brain. What I mean, there will be a girl that definitely catches your eye then you start thinking "I have to have her". Many of them can read our poker face and ultimately win the the hand. Just remember there are many more (that's where the brain comes in). Remember to have the details of the exchange understood ( BBBJ, time, money, etc). Don't assume they understand and don't pay upfront.

MP's are plentiful, cheaper, not the cleanest environment, but gets the job done. There are many advantages to joining this site. All the hotels we listed have discounts which far outweigh the cost of the membership along with discounts for food/drink and a handy map for all the spots (esp MPs).

Wouldn't hurt to read the Newbies Forum end-to-end but absorb this and you'll do fine--you can catch up to the rest later.
As an alternative to MPs and the Indie bars, strip clubs tend to be a rip but if you roll that way elsewhere, here they are full-on sex clubs.
Finally, for great convo, advice or even finding a wingman, Happy Hours at the SL especially (but really anytime is good) can't be beat.
