Dominicans all around my friend. Follow the fast moving feet of the latin beat. You will find your fair share of bangin chicas. Best advice is also dont cheat yourself. Treat yourself to all the flavors that cr has to offer. Thats why it is one of the sweeter spots on the radar.

There's a Dominican area of San Jose but I sure don't recommend going there--let them come to you at the above venues. But take Kustupf88's advice and sample everything from palest blanco to deep negro.

Sosua---If that's what you're looking for why are you going to SJ? They are a lot cheaper and plentiful in their own place.

...and to encore other's remarks about paisa's at home and abroad, as a distillation of more experienced Brothers' remarks they're a lot sweeter in Sosua.
I can tell you Wisconsin girls are sweeter in Wisconsin than NYC--personal experience on this one.
