Besides San Jose and Jaco,

can I reasonably expect to monger in Arenal, Cartago, Dominical, Quepes, Montezuma? Going w/ family but my wife will let me roam the bars at night.

How well is your Spanish? There's action available outside of SJ but its not handed to you on a silver platter like SJ...

Look around for other guys and ask around..

There are two bars, side by side, in Quepos, with one of them being called Wacky Wanda's, that allow, if not cater to hookers. On the few occasions I've been there, both bars had several doable girls. There is also a disco nearby where many of the p4p girls go to party and can often be found plying their wares.

In Tamarindo, one of the best hotels is Hotel Diria. Across from the hotel, there is a little casino where you can hang out at the bar and find some nice women. They will also take you to an hourly hotel or even their own home. Sometimes they'll even take you back to their home where you can hook up with her 2 other roommates and have a foursome the likes of which you only see in a porn movie and have it be your first ever experience in CR...

The married family man on vacation with the wife & K*ds but desperate to find a little something more exciting than the canopy tour :?

I hear you Brother Rainman3 but if his wife is serious in turning a blind eye and not just gathering evidence for some future divorce proceeding, maybe just MAYBE he's got the best of both worlds. My take anyway...

Anything is possible Jazzbo CR

But than again she could just be playing along and and collecting evidence to
use sometime in the future. Women here have gotten to the point where most feel they have all the power and have no need to make concessions !

I may have the best of both worlds in a different way. My wife hates to travel so I have her blessings to go off on my own. In the past year I've mongered in Beijing (love those Asians), Buenos Aires, and CR, with another trip to CR planned for January!

LOL. Took the wife to Costa Rica a few years back and hit New Fantasy on the way to Thrifty Rent a Car while she took a nap. Single now!

I've been doing this for a while. Travelled all over Asia and my wife is fine with it. She prefers I do it overseas where it wont be known in the states. My K*D is a toddler so she will be taking care of him at nights.

Makes me happy that I am free to be me!
