Having been to Amsterdam mongering several times but am new to CR. I have a few points of advice.

1) ALWAYS use a condom, even for BJ's. If she will give you a BBBJ she has given them to EVERYONE. Change condoms between oral and vaginal.

3) ALWAYS take a shower afterwards and change your underwear.

4) TRY to get the chica to take a shower with you BEFORE sex.

6) TRY to inspect the goods before intercourse. Any sores, redness, vaginal discharge, growths, smell etc.... WALK...better yet RUN!!! There are always other fish in the sea.

7) This one has two schools of thought. Long pubic hairs provide a buffer to skin on skin contact. Short pubic hairs prevent critters like crabs, scabbies, lice etc... I keep mine long, critters are easier to get rid of.

NO KISSING, this is how you get herpes 1 and 2 on your mouth.
In Amsterdam the girls don't allow kissing.

9) If you room has two beds sleep on one, screw on the other. if you only have one bed screw on one side, sleep on the other.

STD's among hookers in Amsterdam is almost unheard for the above mentioned reasons. I've even had a girl wipe my junk down with an antiseptic wipe before we started. Accordingly, in A Dam you are statisticly more likely to catch something from the general population than a pro.

After reading the thread – TRUTH, this is some good serious information and something to think about. Although I always use protection I was just trying to make light of some of the other “cautions”. But just goes to prove you can NEVER be too cautious.

Every little thing lowers your chances, The two biggies are the condoms and showering thoroughly afterwards.

Also having good dental hygene helps also (flossing daily) logic goes that if you floss and brush daily, you have healthy, non bleeding gums (no entry point for the "nasties") and the girls appreciate the fresh breath.

Again, don't get me wrong. I'm a HUGE mongerer both overseas and here in the states. Remember I was a sailor, we wrote the book on mongering! LOL!

Hydrogen Peroxide---Remember that name. It destroys surface bacteria. It's not 100%. Nothing is. But it could be the best protection you can get againt surface infections or viruses. Plus it is cheap and you can find it in any pharmacy including in CR in 3% solution.

I have been using it for 10 years and have had no problems. I found out about it after a friend knew a guy who participated in a study with it. I now know many people who use it and have had no problems either.

I try to use it as soon as I can after I get my rocks-off. Timing can be important. I go in the john. I first wash my hands with it. I then dispose of my bag. I then take a swig and swirl it around my mouth. It has no taste. While I am doing this I wash my hands with it again, and then it take some and wash out my entire crotch and groin area with it..Then I wash my hands again, spit out my first swig, and take another swig and gargle with it..

It does not burn or sting unless you already have a sore or crack in that area, in which case you already have problems. At worst you should get a cooling or tingling sensation. You just let it set. It does it's job and then evaporates like water.

There is only one side effect---blonde pubes--hey it's peroxide. If you have a wife or SO they might ask why you have blonde pubes. I could care less. In fact I like blonde pubes because makes it easier to see if you do have a sore or crack in that area.

As for internal infections, that's why you use a bag, which is also not 100% , but as good as you can get. After any sexual act the best thing to do is take a piss as soon as you can. This can flush the bacteria out of your pipe, but not nessessarily all of it. It improves your percentages but is far from 100%

If you get a BBBj assuming that it is foreplay to FS, the best thing to actually do is go wash yourself off and take a piss before putting on the bag for FS. Of course this is awkward, very unromantic, and you are likely to lose your wood and have to start all over again. But if you can hold your wood it is the safest thing to do, but I still wouldn't expect anybody to do this.

I also pour hydrogen heroxide down the tip of my pipe. It does not hurt and it won't go down past the tip area, but a lot of bacteria can accumulate in the tip area.

Bleach is much like hydrogen peroxide, but don't use it. Bleach can irritate your skin, plus I wouldn't put bleach in my mouth, and of course bleach usually stinks.

An astringent mouth wash could also be an alternative, but they are less effective. They also can get sticky, which means you are going to have to wash it out after it does it job.

But I stand by hydrogen peroxide. I think the only reason more people don't know about it is that the American medical profession dosen't care about people like us. It might not be 100% but I think if more people used it, it would be safer for all of us.
