There's a lot of emphasis on this board to negotiate with the ladies and there seems to be a lot of pros here. For a guy with no Spanish skills whatsoever, how would a typical conversation about pay go? What are the strategies to keep in mind when negotiating.

I wouldn't worry too much about the Spanish. Most of the girls speak/understand enough English to get by.

How well do you speak with girls in the US? Try to use the same methodology there. There's no need to be afraid, they are only women.

Negotiate price and time. She may say $100 (and in her mind is for 1 hour), but you may want 2 hours. If they aren't willing to budge on price try to get more time. To the ones that stick to $100 for 1 hour, just say "no gracias" NEXT! Do not, under any circumstances, pay more than $100 for 1-2 hours.

I would definitely try to pick up a few words/phrases, especially the numbers, so you can negotiate price.

One thing I would do is when it's time to negotiate--take her off to the side, away from her friends and the other Chicas, and your buds too. She may well have more flexibility when some of the pride and ego get taken out of the game. This may seem obvious but even in my limited experience, I've seen guys bargain with a Chica in a crowd--that, to me, is just foolish.

Jazzbo is completely correct. If you like a chica and she is with friends, you WILL ALWAYS get a better deal if you get her off to the side for a negotiation. If she is within earshot of her friends, she is much more likely to be inflexible on price etc since she will not want to lose face with her gal pals.

First of all, the girl could come from another planet, but if you are talkin to a girl in DR or SL, they all understand english dollars.

Second of all, these girls have a lot of the typical insecurities. So I agree, in front of their girlfriends or an audience, they're gonna act one way. By themselves, you'll have more hand.

But let's not forget the attraction variable. You can get any girl with a big wad of green in your pocket, but it takes a different kind of guy to get more for their money. Have fun, make'em laugh...maybe you won't just be a job and time on the clock.

Don't be afraid to say no and certainly don't negotiate until you get a feel for the girl after about 15 minutes of conversation. Of course, if she's just hot and you don't mind the gamble of how good she'll be in bed...then just gettir done. But I find that doesn't work out as much as I'd like.

Getting most to stay longer than 5 minutes without the "lets go to the room now" bullshit is half the battle. Most are too business-like.

The secret of all great wheeler and dealers, be they car sellers/buyers- stock markets players/ junk dealers/pawn shop dealers/ garage sale players/ auction buyers/ticket scalpers etc etc—Is the ability to WALK AWAY from any deal if it not what they want on the grounds they want for what they willing to pay. Anther deal will come along sooner of later. Make them want the deal more then you and the deal will get made on your terms. First timers often make it the other way around and get the famous what they paid for in quality ..
AT DR or SL the next deal is just eye contact away .

Ok now ask these guys about once back in the room. They are lot better at that then me, but I am improving on keeping cab fare to hand her fast without reaching into my jeans pockets

IMO, this statement by Beachbum is spot-on ! Relax, try to have some fun with them instead of all business and above all - make 'em laugh. Then see how it all plays out from there.

I meant that you should pull down YOUR pants if you want to make them laugh.

Jazzbo “take her off to the side, away from her friends and the other Chicas” and Xman00 “ability to WALK AWAY from any deal” are the best overall strategy. Be fair but firm. Do not try to negotiate a cien chica for $40 because even if she does agree it will be a dead fish for you. The best deal is when both parties are happy with it.
