I was just in LOS for a couple of weeks and noticed that prices were down and everything was more negotiable. This was due to the recessions in many countries. Is there are noticeable difference in CR right now due to less tourists? I will be ther for New Years Eve. Is traffic down? I know that it was real easy to get a hotel during the holidays this year. |
