Both links Orange posted are great. The 1st is your Bible and the 2nd is pure gold! I laughed like crazy the 1st time I read it. Then I cursed myself the 1st time I couldnt remember it during a negotio. Im not saying you need to lamenate the question and whip it out...so to speak...when negotiating. But know what you want and how to ask for it :wink:

Bone up on some espanol in the meantime...it can't do anything but help :!:
