I miss the Park hotel. Nothing quite like the old broad who would knock on the door at 7:00am and give me the greatest massage and BJ known to man. Who cares what she looked like! I would saunter off to breakfast with the biggest SEG every morning. Was my greatest asset for getting more.

Then there were the fabulous pu*sy eating contests on the bar. I won my T shirt!

Compared to the Park the DR is lame.

(yes I spent my first week at the HDR and tried most of the ladies there)

My biggest problem here: I can't make the search function work worth a damn. For instance try "park hotel" and you get all kinds of stuff that is just park or hotel. Oh well, small price to pay for such an excellent site.

When you try a search there are two choices.

(1) Search topic title and message text

(2) Search message text only

If you use the default choice #1 you will get results for every post that includes the word park or the word hotel.

If you switch to number 2 you will eliminate a lot of search results as it will only return park hotel.



I also won a T shirt but have to disagree with you on the rest. Park had a few winners but most were far from that. DR has at least 50 times the number of chicas and a far better selection IMHO. YMMV.

As far as I know, the search feature does have a limitation. You can't search for a phrase such as "park hotel". Essentially, you have two options:

-search for "park OR hotel"
-search for "park AND hotel"

The first one will return all threads that contain either the word "park" or the word "hotel". Just about every thread has either word in it, so that's useless in this case. (8,000 threads)

The second search will return threads that contain the word "park" AND the word "hotel", so it should narrow the results by a lot. But those are still 2 very common words, so there will be many results. (600 threads)

Even if you click "search all terms" under the Search Query, it still only returns threads that only contain both words (together or separately), but not the phrase "park hotel".

You can further narrow down the search by selecting the forum "Hotels, Resorts, Accomodations, and Transportation" under Search Options.

Also under Search Options, display results as Posts will only return posts where these words appear, not whole threads. That eliminates the needs to read through the entire thread.

In other words you are correct C.O.Jones, the search function doesn't work worth a damn.

Yes the Park only had a few winners, but it was a place to have a lot of fun for a little money. To me the DR is mostly just a meat market. Fine looking meat, I agree but I'd rather eat two pounds of burger than just one bite of tenderloin. 8^)
